• "After 100,000 miles, I needed to do some preventive maintenance and replace my belts, idler pulleys, oil pump, water pump,thermostat and crank pulley. • "I met Dale through word of mouth from a friend of mine. My car was leaking oil out the back end onto the exhaust manifold collectors. I talked to Dale about fixing it and he followed through. He doesn't you around either, he's up front and honest about what needs to be done. It turned out to be a slightly bigger job because The rear main seal was supposed to have been done but it wasn't along with a few other seals, so he took care of everything. Even little things like miscellaneous bolts that weren't the right size he replaced. I have never been to a shop or met a mechanic that's this thorough and laid back, he's such an awesome guy to talk to and it's easy to get on the same page. He helps you cultivate your ideas instead of snuffing them out, just a genuinely awesome guy there's not enough kind words I can type. He's got his priorities straight, I promise you will not be disappointed. Later on after my major engine work was done I cracked a CV boot and he was able to get me right in and out lickity split, he even cleaned all the grease out that had got flung around on the underside of my car. He's VERY fair on pricing and you can just chat it up with him so easily, real fun to talk to and TONS of experience. That's why I'm going back for him to do my 4EAT to 5MT swap Overall this is place you want to go if you live even remotely close to the PCC Rock Creek campus he's just right across the street, you can't miss all the subaru's in front of the shop! Devan (his son) is also really cool and awesome to chat with as well, not to mention he's got one of the COOLEST legacies around! So once again, a bit THANK YOU to Dale and Nw Subaru Service.
